If you are yearning for seclusion, peace and tranquillity, then this self-catering country house is for you. Situated in the Venetian lagoon, between the picturesque islands of Burano and Torcello, immersed in nature and surrounded by water, this island can be your home for a week or two - there are no neighbours ! This rustic country house has been restored respecting its origins, and consists of a double-room, bathroom with sunken tub and shower, sitting room with fire-place, and separate kitchen facilities on the ground floor. First floor is an open attic space for 4 guests with another small bathroom.
The house has its own berth and private mooring point. Guests have at their disposition 3 types of small boats in order to discover the true lagoon area - small sailing boat, rowing boat and small motorlaunch. Ideal for boat lovers ! Table-linen, bed-linen and towels are supplied, and the house is cleaned before your arrival and after you leave unless you prefer maid service which can be booked on request. As a special extra, a chef can be booked to cook personalised dinners, offering you the opportunity to enjoy an excellent selection of local cuisine and Italian wines.
Price per person for a 7 night stay (based on two people) Low season Euro 550 per person, High season Euro 850 per person.
Price includes water taxi transfer on arrival and departure from Venice Marco Polo airport.
Please note, the house can sleep up to 8 people, and weekend stays of minimum 3 nights be can booked on request. You can even rent the house and garden out for a private party, or reception. We can organise caterers for you!
